The ABCs of Death

“26 directors, 26 ways to die.”

Twenty-six short films share one rule: each takes a letter of the alphabet, and its director picks the word that begins with it and builds a story about death. The directors come from fifteen countries, Angela Bettis and Hélène Cattet among them, and nothing connects the segments except the alphabet. In "D is for Dogfight" the Beat Down Dude (Erik Audé) is a man in a ring, and in "X is for XXL" Bobo (Iván González) gets his turn.
