The Adjustment Bureau

“Your future has been adjusted.”

David Norris (Matt Damon), a young congressman in New York, falls for Elise Sellas (Emily Blunt), a dancer, and he will not let her go. Then he learns that men in dark suits, led by Richardson (John Slattery), have been adjusting his life to keep them apart. George Nolfi sets the Bureau against him across the city's streets, and Norris stands to lose the greatness Fate has planned for him.
