Dan Zhang (Andy Lau), a thief fresh out of prison, wants one more job big enough to be the last, and it starts at the Cannes Film Festival with two priceless pieces of jewelry. Stephen Fung sends him and his crew across Europe with the detective Pierre Bissette (Jean Reno) close behind. Dan and Red (Shu Qi) hold each other to the plan, and each is the only person the other trusts.
