The Adventures of Huck Finn

“For anyone who has ever dreamed of running away from it all”

Huck Finn (Elijah Wood) turns up dead, and the man who gets blamed is Jim (Courtney B. Vance), a slave who ran off the same night. The boy faked it himself, escaping a father who came back after years away to get at a $600 inheritance. Stephen Sommers sends the two downriver on a raft along the Mississippi, with the pursuers behind them and the river towns ahead.
