“Two Tall Tales by the world's top story-tellers in one hilarious All-Cartoon Feature!”

J. Thaddeus Toad of Toad Hall cannot stay interested in anything for long, and his latest craze, the newfangled motor car, has led him straight to the wrong crowd. Basil Rathbone narrates his story, then Bing Crosby takes over for Ichabod Crane, the new schoolmaster of a small New England town, and the Bully Brom Bones who wants him gone. James Algar and Clyde Geronimi close the film on Ichabod, Katrina Van Tassel, and a town that has made up its mind.
