The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert

“Finally, a comedy that will change the way you think, the way you feel, and most importantly... the way you dress.”

Tick (Hugo Weaving), a Sydney drag performer who goes by Mitzi, takes a booking at a casino in Alice Springs and climbs aboard a battered tour bus named Priscilla with two companions. Stephan Elliott sends them across the Australian Outback with Adam (Guy Pearce), loud and young, and Bernadette (Terence Stamp), a transgender woman who has seen more of the world. Three people with little in common and a long road ahead have only each other for company.
