The Ages of Lulu

“A scorching Spanish sexual awakening.”

Lulú (Francesca Neri) grows up with no affection at home, and at fifteen she goes to a rock concert with Pablo (Óscar Ladoire), a friend of the family, who gives her a first sexual experience. Years later they are married, and Pablo has built her a sheltered private world where nothing intrudes. Bigas Luna follows Lulú as she grows restless inside it and starts drifting into shady bars, looking for danger that her marriage cannot hold.
