Bird Island is home to flightless birds who live in paradise, except Red (Jason Sudeikis), a loner with a perpetual scowl. When charming green pigs arrive by ship, the island welcomes them as guests, but Red suspects they mean to steal the eggs. He teams up with Chuck (Josh Gad) and Bomb (Danny McBride) to investigate, learning the hard way that anger, however justified, can isolate you even when you're proven right.
