The Ape Man

“No one is safe from the cruel desires of this inhuman fiend!”

Dr. James Brewster (Bela Lugosi) is a scientist whose experiments have turned him into a hunched, ape-like creature, and he keeps himself hidden from the world. His colleague Dr. Randall (Henry Hall) wants no part in the only cure Brewster can think of, which calls for human spinal fluid. William Beaudine films a man with nothing left to try, working alone and out of options beside a captive gorilla.
