“The Power of Rock... In 1994”

In 1994, Bibi (Catherine Mary Stewart) and Alphie (George Gilmour), a clean-cut singing duo, take their songs to Boogalow International Music, the label that controls what the world hears. Menahem Golan stages the whole thing as a musical, with Mr. Topps (Joss Ackland) offering contracts and a way into a life of drugs and sex. If Bibi and Alphie go along, they stand to lose the music, and each other.
