The Architect

“Sometimes you need to tear down to build up.”

Residents of a housing complex confront Leo Waters (Anthony LaPaglia), the architect who designed it, and demand the buildings come down. Tonya Neely (Viola Davis), an activist who lives in the complex, leads the fight against him. Matt Tauber adapts David Greig's play around one plain question: what a building does to the people forced to live inside it.
