The Asian Connection

“The beast is in the East.”

Jack Elwell (John Edward Lee) is an American expatriate in Southeast Asia who wants a big score, and he and his friend Sam (Byron Gibson) rob a series of banks to get it. The money they take belongs to the drug lord Gan Sirankiri (Steven Seagal), and his gang comes after them. Daniel Zirilli keeps the camera moving through the clubs and streets, never letting the two of them stand still.
