The Awful Dr. Orlof

“You'll get an insight into the face of terror!”

Dr. Orloff (Howard Vernon) is a former prison doctor who takes women from nightclubs, because he needs their skin to mend his daughter's fire-scarred face. His servant Morpho does the abducting, and the missing girls draw in Inspector Tanner (Conrado San Martín), who closes in with his girlfriend Wanda (Diana Lorys). Jesús Franco, shooting in Madrid, keeps Orloff calm and courteous, a man who treats each new victim as a prescription he must fill.
