The Babadook

A widow named Amelia Vanek (Essie Davis) lives with her insomniac son Samuel (Noah Wiseman) in a house that feels smaller each year. When a pop-up book arrives in their home, one neither remembers owning, Samuel becomes convinced the Babadook is in the walls with them. Amelia must choose between protecting her son and surrendering to the hunger that binds them.
