“The Secret To Success Is Pure Monkey Business”

Steven Post (Kurt Russell) is a mailroom clerk at a second-rate TV network, and he wants the boardroom. Getting nowhere with the studio's top dog, he finds out his girlfriend's pet chimp, Raffles, can pick a hit show every time. Robert Butler lets the chimp's picks carry Steven up the ladder, and Steven hangs onto that secret like a kid guarding his last dollar.
