The Bat People

“After the sun has set and the night wind has died comes the hour of the bat people!”

A bat bites Dr. John Beck (Stewart Moss), a bat specialist, while he and his new wife, Cathy (Marianne McAndrew), explore Carlsbad Cavern on their honeymoon. His condition worsens under a doctor's care, and Sergeant Ward (Michael Pataki) starts tracing a run of killings. Jerry Jameson shoots it in the flat, grainy light of a 70s drive-in feature, Cathy by the bed, John still wearing the bite.
