“Inspired by the true story of the Homeless World Cup.”

Mal (Bill Nighy) scouts for a team of men with nothing in common except that none of them has a home, and he has to turn them into a squad for the Homeless World Cup. Among the players is Vinny (Micheal Ward), whose talent with a ball is obvious to everyone who watches him. Thea Sharrock follows the team toward the tournament, with Mal and Vinny at the front of a squad that has barely begun to play together.
