The Benchwarmers

“Get off the bench and get into the game.”

Gus (Rob Schneider), Richie (David Spade), and Clark (Jon Heder) are grown men who still carry the sting of being picked last as kids. They decide to fix it by forming a three-player baseball team and taking on whole Little League squads. Dennis Dugan stages the games in ordinary ballparks, with Mel (Jon Lovitz) and Jerry (Craig Kilborn) hovering nearby and a crowd of small-town spectators filling the bleachers.
