“The unforgettable adventure of man from the creation!”

Adam (Michael Parks) and Eve (Ulla Bergryd) wander the Garden of Eden until one piece of forbidden fruit gets them driven out. John Huston gives the first twenty-two chapters of Genesis to a single film, from Cain (Richard Harris) and the murder of Abel to Noah building his ark, which Huston plays himself. Each story is a vignette about people who have been given one clear command and a world of other choices.
