The Big Chill

“The story of eight old friends searching for something they lost, and finding that all they needed was each other.”

In a big house in Beaufort, South Carolina, seven friends from the University of Michigan meet again after twelve years, brought together by the funeral of Alex, who took his own life. Lawrence Kasdan fills the weekend with Sarah (Glenn Close) and Harold Cooper (Kevin Kline), Nick (William Hurt) and Michael (Jeff Goldblum). What stays with you is the group of them in that Beaufort house, with the funeral behind them and no one ready to leave.
