The Big Store

Gérard (Gérard Rinaldi), Jean (Jean Sarrus), Phil (Gérard Filipelli) and Jean-Guy (Jean-Guy Fechner) work for Émile (Michel Galabru), a grocer whose little shop is losing customers to the giant supermarket that just opened in the neighborhood. Claude Zidi, directing Les Charlots, sends the four after the new store with a series of schemes. They are small men with a small shop to save, and nobody has told them they are outmatched.
