“In for oil. Out for blood.”

Neelyn's girlfriend is gone by morning, last seen leaving a West Virginia party with Junior, the oilman's son. Neelyn (Vinnie Jones) came over from London as enforcer to crime boss Harris (Malcolm McDowell), there to seal a deal with Preston (Ron Perlman) over a night of whiskey. Scott Wiper sets the two sides against each other, and Neelyn wants answers, whoever's family he has to go through.
