The Birds

“...and remember, the next scream you hear may be your own!”

Melanie Daniels (Tippi Hedren) follows Mitch Brenner (Rod Taylor) to his small coastal town. Within days, the birds begin to attack in coordinated waves that leave the townspeople barricaded indoors. Hitchcock tightens the frame around Melanie and Mitch as the attacks intensify, and what began as her pursuit of him becomes the two of them pressed together against an enemy with no explanation.
