The Birthday Cake

“Revenge never tasted so sweet”

Gio (Shiloh Fernandez) still carries the weight of his father's death, ten years gone, when he is handed the job of delivering a cake to his uncle's house for the anniversary. The uncle is Angelo (Val Kilmer), a mob boss, and the family dinner waiting there is not one Gio wants to attend. Jimmy Giannopoulos, making his feature debut, follows a man who agrees to one small favor and cannot say no to a family that never lets him leave.
