The Blood of a Poet

A Poet (Enrique Rivero) sits alone in his room, until a statue with no arms stirs and speaks to him. Under her direction he steps through a mirror and finds a world behind it, with strange corridors and stranger people (Pauline Carton, Jean Desbordes) waiting. Jean Cocteau, working in 1932 with Lee Miller as the statue, films the passage like a dream the Poet cannot wake from.
