The Bloodstained Shadow

“Once the killing had started… it could never stop!”

Stefano D'Archangelo (Lino Capolicchio) is a professor who comes home to a village on the Italian coast, hoping for quiet. Then a woman is strangled, in a way that matches the killing of a schoolgirl seven years earlier, a case no one ever solved. Antonio Bido follows Stefano as the deaths pile up around the town's so-called sinners, and he keeps digging into the old crime while the village watches him.
