The Blue Caftan

In a small tailor's shop in Morocco, Halim (Saleh Bakri) and his wife Mina (Lubna Azabal) make caftans by hand, and a blue one for a demanding client is promised and not finished. Maryam Touzani brings in Youssef (Ayoub Messioui), a young apprentice with quick, careful hands, and Halim takes to teaching him. For Mina, who runs the counter and the household, the shop's rhythm is the thing she cannot afford to see change.
