Dr. Yehia (Karim Abdel Aziz) works as a psychiatrist at the hospital where he was once a patient himself, and his life has finally settled into a steady routine. Then a new inmate, Farida (Hend Sabry), tells him that everyone in his family will be dead within three days. Marwan Hamed ties Yehia to his wife Lubna (Nelly Karim) in these scenes, and each warning leaves them less sure of what the other believes.
