The Blue Star

Pepe Lorente plays a famous Spanish rock star in the 90s who has lost his hold on the music that made him, so he travels through Latin America to find it again. Along the way he meets Cuti Carabajal (Carlos Carabajal), an old musician down on his luck, and the two start playing together as a duo that looks bound for a commercial failure. Javier Macipe, drawing on the life of Aragonese musician Mauricio Aznar, builds the film around what grows between the two men.
