The Box

“You are the experiment.”

A plain wooden box shows up on the doorstep of Norma (Cameron Diaz) and Arthur Lewis (James Marsden), and a stranger named Arlington Steward (Frank Langella) follows with the offer: press the button, collect one million dollars, and someone they have never met will die. They have twenty-four hours to decide. Richard Kelly keeps the couple's ordinary house at the center of it, so the dread builds slowly out of what looks like a normal life.
