A remote English village is where Greta Evans (Lauren Cohan) lands, an American taking a nanny job at the Heelshire house. Her charge turns out to be Brahms, the family's eight-year-old son, who is a life-sized doll with a list of strict rules attached. William Brent Bell keeps her shut in with the doll, and Greta grows more anxious with every rule she is told to follow.
