The Boy Friend

“A glittering super colossal heart warming toe-tapping continuously delightful musical extravaganza!”

A small seaside theatre puts on a low-budget musical revue, and the leading lady sprains her ankle just before the show. Polly (Twiggy), the assistant stage manager, has to step out of the wings and into her place, opposite Tony (Christopher Gable). Ken Russell fills the stage with more costumes and numbers than the company can afford, and one night is all Polly has to get it right.
