The Bullet Train

“They said it couldn't happen... But for 1500 passengers Bullet Train 109 became a nightmare journey that just couldn't be stopped!”

A caller says a bomb is aboard a Shinkansen, wired to go off the moment the train drops below 80 km/h, and he wants a ransom to keep it from happening. Junya Satō follows the police as they hunt for the men behind it, with Aoki (Sonny Chiba) among the people on the train. The train cannot stop, and the film is about what a crowd does when it can only keep moving.
