The Cabbage Soup

Late one night, two old farmers share a pot of cabbage soup, and a visitor from another world turns up asking for a bowl. Claude Ratinier (Louis de Funès), called Le Glaude, and his friend Francis Chérasse (Jean Carmet), called Le Bombé, have to decide what to do about a guest who keeps coming back for more of the soup. Jean Girault has the neighbours gossiping, and the two friends stand to lose the quiet life they share.
