The Caller

“A strange visitor. A mysterious woman. A surprise ending...”

A man knocks at night on the door of a house in the woods and asks to use the phone. The Girl (Madolyn Smith Osborne) lives there alone, and the Caller (Malcolm McDowell) gives her no good reason for being out there. Arthur Allan Seidelman keeps the film to two actors and one location, and what is at risk for her is more than a phone call.
