“A serial killer with a vice for Video Poker”

Anna Mari (Stefania Rocca) is a Rome police inspector who gets pulled into a game she never agreed to play. A killer has started challenging his hostages' families and the police to online poker, and a lost hand means the victim's throat is cut on webcam. Dario Argento pairs her with the British officer John Brennan (Liam Cunningham), and every round puts another life on the table.
