The Changeling

(1980)Directed by Peter Medak107 min · RHorror
“Whatever you do… Don't go into the attic”

John Russell (George C. Scott) is a composer who leaves New York for Seattle after a tragedy he can't shake, and rents a large house that has stood empty for years. Peter Medak keeps the story slow and quiet, with Claire Norman (Trish Van Devere) helping him look into the place. Grief follows John through every room, and so does a house with a history of its own.
