The Chronicles of Evil

“Everything was perfect until I killed a man and his dead body turned up in front of me.”

The body Choi Chang-sik (Son Hyun-joo) hid to save his career turns up the next day, hanged from a crane where the whole city can see it. He is a detective, so the case lands on his desk, and he takes it, hoping to learn who did this before anyone learns what he did. Baek Woon-hak sets him beside Detective Oh (Don Lee), a partner who trusts him, and every question Oh asks about the dead man is one Chang-sik already knows the answer to.
