The Collini Case

“A crime without a motive. A lawyer without experience. A judicial system without a memory.”

Caspar Leinen (Elyas M'Barek), a young lawyer just starting out, takes on a case for the experience and the chance to prove himself. His client is a man who has killed a prominent figure, and Caspar finds himself facing his own mentor, Richard Mattinger (Heiner Lauterbach), across the courtroom. Marco Kreuzpaintner follows him into the files, where the pages pile up on the desk and the lamp burns late.
