“10 will fight, 9 will die. You get to watch.”

In a corrupt Central American prison, Jack Conrad (Steve Austin) waits on death row until a television producer buys him. He is flown to a desolate island with nine other condemned killers from around the world, and only the last one alive goes free. Scott Wiper stages it as a broadcast, with Breckel (Robert Mammone) running the show and Conrad hunted by McStarley (Vinnie Jones).
