The Corsican File

Jack Palmer, the working name of Paris detective Rémi François (Christian Clavier), thinks very highly of himself and wants a case worthy of it. A small-time lawyer, Maître Dargent (Didier Flamand), hands him one: find Ange Léoni (Jean Reno), a Corsican who has dodged every investigator sent after him. Palmer takes the job expecting easy money, and Alain Berbérian sends him onto the island still sure he is the smartest man there.
