The Crack: Inception

“The prequel to the cult film El Crack”

Germán Areta (Carlos Santos) is a former police officer who now works as a private detective in Madrid in 1975, just after the end of the Franco dictatorship. A married woman comes to his office and asks him to look into the death of her lover, a prestigious tailor, six months after it happened. José Luis Garci sets the case in motion between these two, a detective with a past on the force and a client who has waited half a year to speak.
