The Creeping Flesh

Emmanuel Hildern (Peter Cushing), a Victorian scientist, wants the recognition his discovery should bring him. He has carried a huge skeleton home from Papua New Guinea to London, and when water touches the bones, flesh starts to grow back on them. Freddie Francis lights the Hildern house in thick, sickly color and lets the dread gather in its dim rooms.
