The Crime of Cuenca
Gregorio (Daniel Dicenta) and León (José Manuel Cervino) work the land of the mayor of Osa de la Vega, a landowner nobody in the village crosses. In 1913, the two men are arrested for the murder of a shepherd, José María el Cepa, who vanished three years earlier. Pilar Miró, working from a true miscarriage of justice, sets Gregorio against the interrogators and the village, with Juana (Mary Carrillo) beside him.
