The Crown Jewels

“An incredible biographical story of murder, betrayal and love.”

Fragancia Fernandez (Alicia Vikander) sits under arrest, accused of trying to kill Richard Persson (Bill Skarsgård), the son of a powerful factory owner. Ella Lemhagen has the police interrogation pull her whole life out of her, from a poor childhood to the teenage years when she falls for the hockey star Pettersson-Jonsson (Björn Gustafsson). The story winds back toward the night of the arrest, and Fragancia tells it as someone who has already paid for it.
