The Curse

“It took seed...now it needs to feed.”

Nathan Crane (Claude Akins) is a devout farmer who rules his household strictly and is trying to hang onto his land while a developer buys up the farms around him. Then a glowing object comes down in the middle of a storm and lands on his property. David Keith, in his first film as director, adapts Lovecraft's "The Colour Out of Space" and keeps its focus on Nathan and his stepson Zack (Wil Wheaton), whose strained bond has to hold as the farm begins to change.
