The Cynic, the Rat & the Fist

“A feast of violence and action!”

Someone has tried to kill Inspector Leonardo Tanzi (Maurizio Merli), and the man behind it is the criminal Tanzi once put away. Tanzi survives, fakes his own death, and ignores the order to disappear, hunting Luigi "Chinaman" Maietto (Tomas Milian) and Frank Di Maggio (John Saxon) through the city. Umberto Lenzi shoots the chase in rough, hurried street footage, with little pause between one scrape and the next.
