The Deceased

A fortune teller, Madame Crisálida (Vanda Lacerda), tells Zulmira (Fernanda Montenegro) that a blonde woman will threaten her peace. Zulmira starts watching her husband Toninho (Ivan Cândido), and her suspicion settles on her cousin Glorinha. Leon Hirszman builds the film on how a few words from a stranger can rot a marriage, because a person who goes looking for betrayal will find a reason to doubt.
