“This time, the law takes off their cuffs”

A police officer is shot dead, and a cold-hearted scientist brings her back to life as a weapon. Alyssa Lloyd (Nicole Eggert) becomes the Demolitionist, aimed at a city overrun by criminals, with Jack Crowley (Bruce Abbott) among those drawn into what follows. Robert Kurtzman, working in cyberpunk comic-book territory, puts a body made to be used in a city that has stopped caring who it belongs to.
