“Brace yourself!”

A man who got out of a mental hospital turns up in a quiet Midwestern town with a new name and a new dental practice. Dr. Feinstone, now calling himself Dr. Caine (Corbin Bernsen), only wants an ordinary life, and Jamie Devers (Jillian McWhirter) seems to offer one. Brian Yuzna sets this second chance on the same breaking point that put him away, and the patients in his chair are the ones at risk.
